River Guide Training for Commercial Tourism Promotion

Since our country Nepal is preparing hard for achieving the vision 2020, everyone is providing efforts from their respective forms. Similar effort has been done by Gaurishankar Rural Municipality- Suri,Dolakha. They have organized River Guide Training for Commercial Tourism Promotion from 12 May, 2019 to 29 June 2019 in Tamakoshi river. The programe was chaired by Respected chief guest; Bishal Khadka, Assembly member, Province-3. Similarly Khagendra Prasad Rijal (CDO-Dolakha); Soyam B. Khadka (President-Gaurishankar RM, GRM), Tshiring Sherpa (President - Ward 9, GRM) and Fubu Thile Sherpa (Tourism Promotion Co-Ordinator) had motivated and encouraged the participants very well in inauguration session. The training has been being assisted technically by the professional instructors from Navigate Outdoor Pvt. Ltd.. Mr Churamani Aryal, Manohar Mehra (India), Vhishma Raj Thapaliya had been instructing the paricipants. They have been being assisted by Mr. Maila Pariyar, Mr. Ashwin Praja, Mr. Udaya Aryal and Mr Ram Thapa.

Speakers have envisioned, Rafting in Tamakoshi would be very potential for tourism promotion and good for green economy.
